1) Online Banking Transfer or Bank-In for Malaysian-Malaysia Participants

Malaysian-Malaysia participants can pay through online banking transfer or bank-in to the following accounts.

After successful payment, fill up the form above and please attach along your Proof of Payment (ie. Screenshot, transaction details, scan, photo).

We will contact you for further management.

2) Pay directly to Miss Syazlin bt. Sazali for Malaysian-India Participants

Malaysian-India participants can pay the deposit fee directly to Miss Syazlin bt. Sazali before 15th March 2010 with following details:-

1. Your full name
2. Your I/C no.
3. Your contact no. and emergency contact no. in Malaysia and person to contact.
   
4. Your guardian address in Malaysia
5. Your school of Medicine
   

Please pay the deposit fee RM100/person before 15th March 2010. This is very important as we need to clear up important payments such as bus rental in Langkawi and homestay deposit. The rest of the fee(RM100) can be paid during registration on Friday, 2nd April 2010 at Kuah Jetty.
